Early check in fees are $10/ person. If your key is not turned in by 11am you will be charged a $50 late fee and if it is not turned in by 3:00 pm, you will be charged for another night!! After checkout at 11am, if you want to stay in the park you will be required to pay the day fee of $10 per person. The price will be $10 per person on Saturdays in the month of July.

Cabins
All of our cabins have a small kitchenette, bathroom and air conditioners.
The cabins do NOT come with towels, kitchen utensils or, bed linens. Please bring your own. Cabins are NOT heated bring your own space heater.

EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON 3 AND OLDER IS $10 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.**
50% payment is required at the time of booking.
Overnight extra person fees on cabins, campsites, and RV's will be $10 per person.
You are responsible for all nights reserved, NO exceptions including weather.

All tents must be in a designated camping site.

Chalk Bluff Park Rules At-A-Glance

Speed Limit is 5mph - No vehicles permitted near animal pens or beyond the barriers at the river! All picnic tables are reserved camp sites-NO DAY USE!
Must have a wristband on at all times or be asked to pay again.
Check in: 4pm; Check Out 11am; Quiet time 11:00PM.
No glass bottles. No littering! Please place all trash in the dumpsters.
Campsites and Cabins will be checked for cleanliness upon check out. Failure to clean up after yourself will result in a min. $100 charge.
Do not rearrange cabin furniture or beds. $100 fee will apply
Damaged (defaced/graffitied minimum $200 fee) or stolen Chalk Bluff Property will result in replacement fee (cabins are inventoried).
No DJ equipment or large speakers. No loud or vulgar music or language. Your neighbors should not be able to hear your music. Keep bass to a minimum.
Do NOT harass animals. Only feed them food provided in the store.
Pets are welcome on a leash once all pet fees are paid. NO aggressive dogs allowed. No dogs permitted near animal pens.
River entry is at your own risk. NO lifeguards on duty at any time.
Do not damage live trees. No OAK permitted in park as it carries disease.
Do NOT drive in the river bed! It is against state law and we will call the Game Wardens.
No ATV, UTV, dirt bikes or off road vehicles permitted. Golf Carts are ok.
Absolutely NO FIREWORKS **
No Smoking of any kind in or near any building (cabin, restroom, etc.)
No tents permitted at Cabins. A $100 charge per night charged to your credit card. 2 tents permitted at campsites, $25 will be charged for add’l tents.
No generators permitted in tent sites. No trailers/RVs in Pecan Bottom.
No firearms or weapons of any kind. Including BB and Airsoft guns.
Stay on the road. WE WILL NOT PULL YOU OUT, CALL A WRECKER!
STAY OFF JUMP PILLOWS WHEN STAFF IS NOT PRESENT!
Failure to check out at 11:00AM will result in an additional night’s charge.
