PRICE SHEET/CABINS DESCRIPTIONS
 Summer - 2 Night Minimum | Holidays - 3 Night Minimum
 
CHECK IN:4:00PM/CHECK OUT: 11AM
Early check in fees are $10 per person. If your key is not turned in by 11am you will be charged a $50 late fee
and if it is not turned in by 3:00 pm, you will be charged for another night.
 
BOOKING INFORMATION
50% payment is required at the time of booking. You are responsible for all nights reserved, NO exceptions including weather.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival are refunded at 75%. NO REFUNDS within 30 DAYS of arrival.
No tents allowed in cabin area. All tents must be in a designated camping site.
$15 non-refundable pet fee required
Prices subject to change without notice.
 
AMENITIES 
All of our cabins have a kitchen, bathroom and air conditioners.
The cabins do NOT come with towels, kitchen utensils or bed linens. Please bring your own.
Cabins are NOT heated, bring your own space heater. 
 
 
**CABINS ARE PRICED FOR 4 PEOPLE.
EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON 3 AND OLDER IS $10 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.**
OVERNIGHT EXTRA PERSON FEE IS $10 PER PERSON FOR DURATION OF VISIT.
 
Loft Cabin (stand alone):
Cabins: Travis, Austin, Amistad, Buchanon, Canyon & Mathis
$179 per night + tax and fees. 
1 bedroom and a loft. Queen bedroom, 6 twin beds in loft. Cabin sleeps 6 with a max of 10.

Cabins: Medina, Mcqueeny, LBJ, Lady Bird, Ingram, Calaveras, Livingston, Rayburn 
$129 per night + tax and fees
1 bedroom and a loft. Queen bedroom, 2 twin beds in loft. Cabin sleeps 4 with a max of 6.

$129 per night + tax and fees
Waterview Duplex
Studio style (one large room). 2 double beds. Cabin sleeps 4 with a max of 6. Full fridge and stove with oven.

2 Bedroom Cabins

Cabins Willard & Monica: 1 King Bed, 1 Full Bed, 1 Twin Bed; full fridge & stove per cabin
Cabins Rowdy & Wrangler: 4 Full Beds; full fridge & stove per cabin
Cabins Tarzan & Jane: 1 king Bed, 2 Twin Beds; full fridge and hot plate per cabin

$109 per night + tax and fees
